A fast-built stereo lithography material, specially designed for high thermal stability and high temperature environment, thermal deformation temperature of 150. High temperature resin 708D# is good at producing highly detailed and extremely accurate parts.

High temperature resin 708D is good at producing highly detailed and extremely accurate parts. When exposed to heat and humidity, the size of the material is stable, which makes it a high-temperature fluid flow analysis, functional prototype, such as wire harnesses and support connectors in electronic devices.


The high temperature resistant resin 708D has a hardness of 95D. It is a hard and high heat resistant material with a shrinkage rate of 1% (tolerance between +-0.03).

 

Features

01High hardness

The hardness of the cured model reaches 95D, which has excellent hardness and mechanical strength, making it ideal as an industrial part requiring high impact resistance strength.


02High temperature resistance

With a heat deflection temperature of 150°C, 708D is a stereolithography material developed specifically for use in environments requiring high thermal stability and humidity.


03Low shrinkage

Specifically designed to reduce volume shrinkage, it ensures dimensional stability of the printed model. The finished printed model remains consistent with the dimensions of the CAD design. Shrinkage 1% (tolerance between +-0.03)


04High precision

708D is easy to capture details and achieves maximum restoration of the design structure, but is not conducive to making thin-walled parts due to its low elongation at break (minimum wall thickness of 1mm is recommended).


05Stable performance

The resin is stable under different temperature conditions and is easy to store, and is extremely durable as it does not absorb moisture even when left in a humid environment for a long time.

lShake well before use and then pour into resin tank;

lDuring the use, wear protective gloves and keep the room ventilated;

lThis product contains reactive chemicals, avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing;

lThis product have slight irritation on eyes and skin. If you contact your eyes inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice in time;

lPlease wash with soapy water immediately after contacting with skin; wash thoroughly after contacting with clothes before wearing;

lKeep the product away from pregnant women and children.


Storage and transportation

lThe resin should be sealed and stored in the original package at home temperature in a dark area to avoid high temperature and sunlight.

lThe recommended temperature is 18-35℃, a low temperature may affect the printing effect, the resin can be properly preheated before use (not more than 35℃).

lAfter printing the resin, the resin left in the tank of 3D printer should not be mixed and used with the unused resin. It should be stored in another light-proof container.
